Rubber coated pot magnets are also called Rubber Magnets or Non Slip Magnets, which are composed of sintered NdFeB magnets, magnetically conductive stainless steel plates and rubber shells. The rubber casing minimizes magnet breakage and corrosion. Rubber pot magnet offers a variety of advantages over plain-bodied magnets, making them ideal for industrial applications.
The rubber coating also gives them superior grip when used in high-torque applications. Moreover, they are manufactured by reliable rubber coated magnet factory WZ Magnetics Co., Ltd with strict quality control standards to ensure that the finest product is delivered to customers.
1. Durability and friction resistance
Rubber pot magnets are small neodymium magnets placed on a steel plate and then encapsulated in a rubber-coated housing. We use high-quality TPV or EPDM rubber coating material because it has excellent physical and chemical properties. Rubber-coated magnets can help protect neodymium magnets from debris and corrosion.
These rubber pot magnet is high-strength rubber-coated rare earth magnet with a durable rubber plastic coating. They are especially suitable for the surfaces which are easily scratched or damaged.
The rubber coating also protects the magnets from cracking and corrosion. In addition, it is also very slip-resistant due to the friction between the rubber and the magnet-bonded steel surface. So its application is very extensive. Manufacturers and industrial designers use rubber-coated magnets for fixation. They are also ideal for aquariums, construction sites and outdoor use.
2.Corrosion resistant, not easy to break
The black rubber coating protects the magnet from corrosion or shattering damage, and prevents damage to the mounting surface. The high friction of the magnet rubber coating greatly improves the suction on vertical surfaces.
If you need a soft surface on the magnet to install something on your refrigerator, car, or other surface you want to protect, the rubber coated magnet is the optimal choice.
There are many series products come from Rubber Coated Magnets, such as a Magnet with Threaded Hole. You can connect them with bolts or center threaded studs (external threads), so as to insert hook bolts or ring bolts.More product information please contact our team to introduce for you.
