Product Introduction
Pot magnets also as known as Round Magnets or holding magnets, Which are made of N35 neodymium disc magnets embedded in the steel pot. The steel case generates a strong full vertical magnetic force (especially on flat iron or steel surfaces), concentrates the magnetic force and directs it to the contact surface. Based on Pot Magnets, more series and styles can be combined by adding different accessories and magnet materials.
Applications of Pot Magnet with Threads
It’s a very popular way for home and industrial to hang and mouting things on the wall.

Material of Pot Magnet
Ferrite, Alnico, Neodymium NdFeB and Samarium Cobalt SmCo materials are commonly used in the Pot Magnets. Each has its own properties and characteristics. Here we mainly introduce the NeFeB and Ferrite magnet.
Pot magnets with screw holes
Enable users to fasten items on walls, wood boards, etc for holding tools.
Used as magnetic bases and magnetic holders for large supermarket ceiling signs,as part of lighting accessories for magnetic downlights, or for attaching exhibition display signs to stands for marketing purposes, e.g. at trade shows.
Diameters available from D25mm(160N), D32mm(330N), D40mm(500N), D50mm(800N) to D60mm(931N), D63mm(110N) and D74.6mm(1750N) to match various screws from M4, M5, M8 to M10 etc.
Neodymium Pot magnet with metal rod
Used as a base while the metal rod provides a perfect connection method for a wide range of PVC grippers, such as T -holder ACR-HOLDER, CB-FIX, can be mounted on metal poles, it provides many opportunities to show and hold signatures, price tags, posters and banners etc. in supermarkets, retail stores and other places. Whichalso easy to remove.
Advantages of Pot Magnet With Threads
Compared with countersunk magnets, Pot magnets have many advantages.
1. Strong force: By changing the Magnetic Circuit, the steel shell concentrates the magnetic force on one side, which greatly improves the grip.
2. Cost-effective: Due to the Super Strong Magnetic Force, fewer rare earth magnets can be used, reducing the cost of magnets.
3. Durability: Using lathe machining machine to produce the threaded stud and the steel pot which are integrated, by this way to make it much more sturdy than that way of riveting the stud. It is not easy to rust and loose after long-time use.
