Introduction of Pot Magnet With Cable Holder
Magnetic cable holder are generally referring to the same type of magnetic product that consists of a magnet base and a cable mounting bracket. Pot magnet with cable holder is namely cable holder with Pot Magnet Base. They are widely used for mounting cables, wires, pipes etc. in various industries and places.
The Strong Magnetic Clips is actually an extension of round pot magnets. Which has all the advantages of round pot magnets. Inside the pot magnet, super strong neodymium magnet is used to form a magnetic circuit system to create strong magnetic holding force.

Currently we have mounting magnets with cable holders in two different sizes.Diameter 19mm and Diameter 23.2mm.
With Zinc coating, white powder painting, black powder painting, and with three different cable tie mount.
For regular application, we use Galvanized pot magnet with cable holder. White or black powder painted magnets with screw holes can be used in a high-humidity harsh environment for a long period of time because they have better corrosion resistance.
* We test the holding force of Magnetic Assembly by attaching it on a 20mm thick steel plate (low carbon steel with no coating) at room temperature and then pulling it slowly in vertical direction with the device that is sensitive enough to record the strength at the moment when magnetic assembly is separated from the steel plate. This is to give you a reference while the actual holding force in real application could be different with the change of pulling direction, thickness of the steel, surface treatment, etc.
Tips of Using Pot Magnet with Cable Tie Mount
1. Make sure the contact surface is ferrous metal.
2. Choose the magnet with appropriate strength for your application and take the safety factor into consideration.
3. The Pot magnet with cable mounting bracket can be attached to the ferrous surface vertically or horizontally.
4. Keep reasonable distance between two magnets. To make sure the magnetic force is enough to fasten the objects firmly and at the same time to avoid the use of more extra magnets.
