Today, NdFeB magnets are produced using a powder metallurgy process, which involves mixing neodymium, iron, and boron powders, and then pressing and sintering the mixture in a magnetic field. This process produces magnets with very high magnetic strength, up to 10 times stronger than traditional magnets made from ferrite or alnico.
