Finally, inspecting products is time-consuming and requires a lot of staff, and many customers don’t have the resources to do it. But we equipped a lot of Inspection Equipments, Like Shear Force Testing, Vertical Holding Force Testing, Dimension Testing Machines etc.
Thanks to advances in automation and technology, we’ve been able to make our production process much more efficient and precise. We make SOP on every step of our production process and ensure stable quality of magnetic assembly products，We use machines to handle many tasks that were once done by hand. This includes important steps like positioning, gluing, and pressing, which are crucial for ensuring the quality of the final product.
We’ve worked carefully to replace hand labor with machines in a way that maintains or improves quality. We’ve tested and compared the results of machine-made versus hand-made products over a long period, and the data shows that machines do the job better, especially when producing large quantities. Machines don’t get tired or distracted, making them perfect for high-volume production.
After years of development, we now use semi-automatic and fully automatic machines for most of our production steps. With this setup, we can produce up to 150,000 magnet assemblies per day, ensuring that our customers receive large quantities of high-quality products on time, every time.
