Why Choose Us

At WZ Magnetics, we lead in permanent magnets and magnetic systems with innovative, reliable solutions tailored for automotive, wind energy, construction, and oil and gas. Discover our key advantages below to see how we empower your projects with efficiency and excellence.

To meet our customers’ needs for strong magnetic force, we mainly use Neodymium magnets. The problem is that these magnets cost as much as they perform well, and their raw material prices often change a lot. Our design approach follows a basic rule: use the least amount of NdFeB possible to get the needed force and reduce the impact of changing material costs.

This approach is not only about cutting costs—it focuses on better and more efficient engineering. We do this by combining these methods:

  • Simulation-Driven Solutions: We use CAE software like FEA and CFD to run simulations and analyze our designs. From the results, we pick the most reliable and cost-effective option.
  • Integrated In-House Tooling and Manufacturing: For rubber coated magnets or plastic cased magnets, we make molds and custom fixtures in-house. This setup cuts out delays and errors from outsourcing, leading to faster shifts from prototype to production and lower costs.
  • Built-Up Knowledge and Experience: Our technical team has 10 senior engineers, each with more than 8 years in magnet applications. This helps us spot production issues early, suggest better options, and create designs that are strong, easy to make, and dependable.

Quality starts when the machines begin to run. In our company, we believe quality comes from production, not just inspection. Our production system focuses on good management and control of every step.

We base our system on ISO9001 principles. This guides us in two main ways:

  • Process Control as Our Core Strength: We see production as a connected workflow, not separate steps. We set clear standard operating procedures for each key part to ensure stable and consistent results. By using more automation, we reduce human errors and keep product quality high from raw materials to final shipment.
  • Driven by Data and Adaptation: We track key quality metrics with strong data collection during production. If a quality issue comes up, we quickly review the data to find the root cause and make fixes. This helps our system learn and improve, boosting production efficiency and product quality over time.

We set prices based on expected quality levels to offer good cost-effectiveness. This helps build long-term business relationships. One of our main ongoing tasks is to keep lowering costs by improving efficiency. We do this in these ways:

  • Components Processing: We use automation in 70% of our components processing, and this rate keeps growing. This boosts output and cuts manual labor costs. We also make key tools, molds, and fixtures in-house. This gives us better control over schedules and reduces costs in magnet production.
  • Automation in Assembly: We have 16 assembly lines with custom automation units, reaching an 80% automation rate. This keeps production consistent and fast, removing human errors and bottlenecks that raise costs.
  • Standardized Packaging: Our product line is wide, but we use only 5 carton sizes for packaging. This meets customer needs while saving on packing costs. It also speeds up the packing process for quicker shipments.
  • Efficient Facility Layout: From the start, we designed our workshop to cut transit time between steps. The whole layout supports a smooth workflow, leading to more efficient and cost-effective production cycles.

We know timely delivery is key for our customers. Our focus on efficiency and transparency helps us provide reliable lead times for magnets.

  • We keep stock of common parts and magnets ready for immediate use.
  • Our production setup includes 20 CNC machines, 23 assembly lines, and 30 injection molding machines. This lets us handle many order types, including urgent and rush ones.
  • Our supply chain is strong, with key suppliers just 10 minutes to 3 hours away. This allows quick responses to any extra needs.

Our long experience in international logistics helps us keep shipping smooth and steady, even during rare earth export restrictions on magnets.

Beyond our products, we offer a full set of services to help your project succeed initial concept to final production. We act as a true partner, not just a supplier, giving expert help that saves you time and money. Our free services address common engineering challenges and help move your project ahead:

  • Detailed Technical Drawings: We turn your ideas and specs into exact drawings. This checks sizes, fits, and assembly needs to make sure everything works well in the final product.
  • Precise Magnetic Circuit Simulations: Our team uses software to simulate the magnetic setup. This predicts parameters like magnetic force, flux density, and efficiency before building a prototype. It spots issues early for better design and reliability.
  • Expert Mechanical Structure Proposals: For your use case, we suggest the best structure. We look at materials, mounting, and stress points to make the assembly strong, long-lasting, and easy to fit into your equipment.

Our team works with you every step to meet your needs. By offering these free magnet engineering services, we help turn your ideas into real products.
